Using the highest quality Australian Hardwood, Hurford’s have created a superior hardwood floor, designed to better utilise our precious resource and provide an improved long term performance.

Better by Design
With a 7.5mm top shoulder, FOURTEEN + increases the number of times the product can be sanded and re-sanded, increasing the longevity of the flooring. FOURTEEN + exceeds the wear layer of traditional flooring by 25%.

Long Lengths
With a length range of 500mm to 4.5m, FOURTEEN + has a spread of lengths comparable to a traditional floor, giving the floor a more natural strip flooring appearance.

Superior Drying
Hurford’s attention to detail when it comes to drying is unsurpassed and is the foundation of a successful hardwood floor. Superior drying, using exacting kiln schedules, ensure a more stable flooring.

Easy Installation
FOURTEEN + can be installed using the same installation method employed with traditional 19mm floors over structural subfloors – using the secret nail and bead gluing system.

FOURTEEN + is a hardwood flooring product designed to be installed on any suitable subfloor, such as plywood, particleboard flooring, or old floorboards.

FOURTEEN + cannot be laid directly to floor joists or battens and is a non-structural product.
